Individuals

Whether you experienced something that left you stuck, feel like life has turned itself inside-out recently, or you’re contemplating a big change – your story is important and how you write your next chapter matters.

You do not have to go alone when life seems overwhelming and impossible to move forward or you have a hard time believing that you are enough. You are already enough and we can work together towards the healing you seek. I work with adult individuals and use a trauma-informed approach and mind-body integration to support you as you begin to process and move forward.

Couples

Leaning into an intimate relationship can be one of the most life-giving experiences many people have. A partnership in distress can also cause our world to feel like it is falling apart at times.

Whether you’re considering taking your relationship to the next level, working through wounds that occurred in a relationship or deciding if you can move forward together, I can help. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to work with couples to help create strong bonds that allow you to get out of the negative patterns you may be stuck in and move closer to one another.

New Moms

The season of early motherhood can be wonderful at its best, and downright excruciating at its worst. If you are in a season of trying to conceive, dealing with pregnancy loss, have a baby on the way or are navigating parenthood and facing unforeseen challenges, support is available for you.

As a Perinatal Mental Health certified clinician, I am prepared to help you navigate this transition. Whether you are experiencing mood symptoms during your pregnancy or postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, dealing with intrusive thoughts or have experienced a traumatic birth or more, with support, you can feel better.

Families

A family system can be a source of support and strength during turbulent times, but can also be the cause of pain and feelings of disconnection. Each member of the family system has a voice to be heard and integrated. When heard, each person can be a key to overall healing in a family. As a part of family therapy, we listen to and create space for each member and their story as it relates to the entire family.
