Grounded in Motherhood
Workshop Series
A four-part support series for thoughtful new moms navigating anxiety, identify shifts, and relationship changes after baby.
You prepared and planned for your baby for months, but now that your baby is here, you’re exhausted, overstimulated, and questioning yourself more than you ever expected.
You love your baby but you miss parts of yourself. You feel on-edge more than you thought you would and the mental load never seems to end. If you’re a new mom finding motherhood more challenging than you expected, this workshop series was designed with you in mind.
This small-group series is designed specifically for new moms who:
Tend to overthink
Struggle to ask for help
Feel pressure to “do it well”
Experience anxiety, overwhelm or the struggle with the mental load
Want connection without surface-level advice
Workshop Sessions will be held in my San Diego/Bankers Hill Office on March 11, March 18, March 25, and April 8 from 9:30am-11:00am.
Cost is $200 and is inclusive of all four sessions, paid prior to start of the first session. A brief screening call is required prior to joining the series to ensure it offers support appropriate to your needs at this time.
This workshop includes collaborative discussion along with psychoeducation and time for reflection. In order to offer a focused time to connect and participate, this series is for adults only.

During this four part series, we’ll cover topics like The Emotional Transition into Motherhood, Managing Anxiety/Overwhelm, Relationship Changes and Communicating Needs without Guilt, and Sustainable Self-Care. You’ll connect with other moms in a similar season of life and leave with practical tools you can use immediately.
